So, I decided it was time to introduce a new boot style and designed boots for dolls which I am really excited about. These are 'knee-high' boots, featuring a folded flap with a slit at the side. They are rather stylish. So, they needed a name, and Debra came up with a brilliant idea..to hold a naming contest! That was sooooooo much fun and at the end of it, the boots got an ADORABLE name. They are called the Snuggaroos!!! So, the listings are in the shop. The mama who suggested the name bagged herself a custom pair as a prize. All the names suggested were brilliant..just brilliant. So, dollies..step out in style in your Snuggaroos! :-)
The charity auction held by AnK Bowtique for those affected by floods in Queensland, Australia is now over. They raised an incredible amount which will be very much appreciated by the flood victims. I was very fortunate to be allowed to donate something towards the auction. I chose to donate the merino raspberry tea cosy. The final bid was way more than I ever imagined it could be. Thanks to AnK Bowtique for organising the auction and thank you to those who supported the auction by bidding.:-)
